InfraTrak represents a comprehensive transportation infrastructure maintenance management system designed to support agencies in leveraging modern technology for efficient asset management. It encompasses a wide range of infrastructure assets, including concrete ditches, guardrails, pavements, and bridges, providing a centralized platform for operational oversight.

The application facilitates proactive compliance with federal funding requirements by offering real-time infrastructure condition data. This feature enables agencies to maintain up-to-date documentation necessary for justifying allocation requests across all asset categories, not limited to pavements and bridges.

InfraTrak supports integration with various mapping sources, allowing the display of streaming background maps or proprietary aerial imagery. It seamlessly incorporates existing GIS data, presenting it interactively on the map interface. Users can select assets directly on the touchscreen to perform inspections and review historical condition data.

<li>Planning: Generate work plans that translate directly into work orders, which can be viewed in a calendar format for streamlined scheduling and coordination.</li>
<li>Tracking: Monitor work progress through detailed work records. These entries can include notes, weather conditions, asset status updates, and attached photographs. Resource management is facilitated via timesheet entries linked to specific work orders, while additional details such as third-party damages and customer requests can be incorporated for claims processing.</li>
<li>Reporting: A diverse suite of reports can be produced to meet various agency needs. Reports can highlight recent inspection dates or asset condition trends and are accessible both on the iPad device and through web interfaces.</li>

InfraTrak effectively digitizes traditional paper records, enhancing accessibility and collaboration among team members. Its design accommodates offline operation; users can input data in the field without internet access and synchronize updates upon reconnection, ensuring continuous workflow even in remote locations.
